Our firm’s CEO, Brent Edwards, has spent over 25 years supervising and preparing financial statements with both large and small businesses.  His employment tenure with small companies enabled him to gain knowledge regarding all accounting/administrative areas as well as operations.  This experience has included supervising and submitting combined financial statements for the subsidiary of a Fortune 100 Company as well as smaller businesses while also supervising computer accounting system and bank reconciliation functions.

Mr Edwards parlayed that experience into managing healthcare companies, including one position as a partner whereby he updated fellow business owners regarding operations and recommended future strategies.  This has allowed Mr Edwards to not only be able to satisfy accounting requirements but also assist clients with operational guidance, if necessary.  Mr Edwards has a B.S.B.A. with a major in Accounting from Missouri Southern State University and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting from Lindenwood University.
